RESPONSIBILITY. The primary <br />responsibility for enforcement of the provisions of this <br />Chapter shall be vested with the Director. The Director may <br />designate as his agent any employee of the City or Dis- <br />trict. Field inspectors or other employees of the City or <br />District so designated shall be authorized to act as agents <br />o£ the City for and on behalf of the Director and shall <br />possess the power to inspect and issue notices of violations <br />of this Chapter. <br />§2- 15.60.02. ISSUANCE OF CEASE AND DESIST <br />ORDERS.
