(a) Discharge reports shall include the following: <br />(1) Information relating to the nature of <br />manufacturing, fabricating, or other processes conducted by <br />the User; <br />(2) Statements of the amount of fresh or non <br />wastewater Volumes, Wastewater Volumes, rates of Flow, mass <br />emission rates, production quantities, hours of operation <br />and number and classification of employees; or <br />(3) Other information relating to the genera- <br />tion o£ waste, including Wastewater constituents and charac- <br />teristics of the pertinent Wastewater discharge as required <br />by the Director. <br />(b) The Director may require that discharge <br />reports include the chemical constituents and quantity of <br />liquid, gaseous, or solid materials stored on the Premises <br />relating to such discharge, even though such materials are <br />not normally discharged into the Sewerage System. <br />(c) Discharge reports shall be in addition to <br />self monitoring reports, information furnished in connection <br />with Wastewater Discharge Permits, or other permits author- <br />ized under this Chapter_ The reports authorized and <br />required under this Section shall be filed with the Director <br />periodically and /or at such other times as the Director may <br />reasonably require. <br />§2- 15.40.20_ WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS. <br />(a) Mandatory Wastewater Discharge Permits. All <br />Major Contributing Industries and dischargers of radioactive <br />wastes proposing to connect to or discharge into the <br />Sewerage System shall complete the Wastewater Discharge <br />Permit before connecting to or discharging into the Sewerage <br />System_ All existing Major Contributing Industries con- <br />nected to or discharging into the Sewerage System shall <br />obtain a Wastewater Discharge Permit within one hundred <br />eighty (180) days after the effective date of the ordinance <br />adopting this Chapter_ <br />(b) Optional Wastewater Discharge Permits_ A <br />Wastewater Discharge Permit may be issued by the Director to <br />any User, upon application therefor, who: (1) requests that <br />charges and fees established pursuant to this Chapter be <br />based upon an estimated Volume of Wastewater discharged, or <br />to be discharged, into the Sewerage System, or (ii) estab- <br />lishes to the satisfaction of the Director that Wastewater <br />proposed to be discharged from the User's Premises into the <br />25. <br />-Ap-28 <br />
