(b) Any water or wastes which contain more than <br />two hundred (200) milligrams (mg.) per liter (1) of fat, <br />oil, or grease that is soluble by the freon extraction <br />process. <br />(c) Any gasoline, benzene, naptha, fuel oil or <br />other liquid, solid or gas which, by reason of its nature or <br />quantity is sufficient, or may be sufficient, to cause, <br />either alone or by interaction with other substances, fire, <br />explosion or injury in any other way to any person, property <br />or the Sewerage System. <br />(d) Any Garbage, except garbage properly ground <br />with a mechanical garbage grinder and meeting the require- <br />ments of §2- 15.40.10. <br />(e) Any ashes, cinders, sand, mud, straw, shav- <br />ings, metal, glass, rags, feathers, tar, coal tar, asphalt, <br />cement, plastics, woods, paunch manure or any other solid or <br />viscous substance capable of causing obstruction to the Flow <br />in Sewers or other interference with the proper and economi- <br />cal operation of the Sewerage System. <br />(f) Any waters or wastes with a pH lower than six <br />(6.0) or higher than nine (9.0), or having any corrosive <br />property capable of causing damage or hazard to structures, <br />equipment, and /or personnel. <br />(g) Any waters or wastes exceeding the following <br />constituent concentrations unless a contract is entered with <br />the City providing payment for additional treatment or plant <br />expansion costs: <br />Constituent Limit, mg /1 <br />BOD 400 <br />COD 1,500 <br />SS 400 <br />TDS 1,000 <br />(h) Any waters or wastes having a fluoride concen- <br />tration greater than five (5.0) mg /1. <br />(1) Wastes discharged into the Sewerage System <br />from the regeneration of any water softeners of any kind or <br />description, whether private or commercial. <br />(j) Any sulfide forming pollutant or waste which, <br />when discharged to the Sewerage System, generates sulfide <br />concentrations in excess of 1.0 mg /l. <br />19.
