ORDINANCE NO. 1285 <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PUD-86-14 <br /> <br />1. That approval'of this case constitutes zoning of the subject <br /> property relative to allowable uses and that the applicants <br /> be aware that no development of the property shall take place <br /> until a development plan has been submitted for review and <br /> approval by the City. <br /> <br />2. That there shall be no development of the subject property <br /> until access to the site can be provided directly from <br /> Stanley Boulevard across the Southern Pacific Railroad <br /> right-of-way to the subject site and that points of access <br /> shall not be determined until a development plan has been <br /> submitted to the City for review and approval. <br /> <br />3.
