RESOLUTION NO. 09 -325 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, SETTING <br /> THE 2010 CALENDAR YEAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 2.04.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code allows the City Council <br /> by resolution to establish dates of its regular meeting; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its December 1, 2009 meeting, the City Council reviewed and considered <br /> the 2010 calendar year meeting schedule. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. That the 2010 City Council Meeting Schedule is as follows: <br /> January 5 cancelled May 4 September 7 <br /> January 19 May 18 September 21 <br /> February 2 June 1 October 5 <br /> February 16 June 15 October 19 <br /> March 2 July 6 cancelled November 2 cancelled <br /> March 16 July 20 November 16 <br /> April 6 August 3 cancelled December 07 <br /> April 20 August 17 December 21 cancelled <br /> SECTION 2. That all regular meetings of the City Council shall start at 7:00 P.M. <br /> SECTION 3.
