program that assists property managers with proper selection of tenants, eviction <br /> processes, property improvements through environmental design aimed to <br /> improve the quality of life for their tenants. <br /> Succession planning and development of supervisory/management staff. These <br /> funds will allow the department to either attend specialized training session <br /> relative to police management and /or provide professional and motivational <br /> presentations and speakers to department personnel during scheduled staff <br /> training meetings. <br /> Training opportunities for department staff that can not be accomplished through <br /> normal training resources.
