CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 02-097 RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES WHEREAS, due to the expiration of various terms and/or resignations, vacancies have occurred on various Commissions and Committees; and WHEREAS, applications were received and interviews held with various individuals who are interested in serving on the commissions and/or committees and their qualifications evaluated. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Susan Miller is appointed as a regular member of the Civic Arts Commission, and Relva Jo Molz is appointed as an alternate member of the Civic Arts Commission, which terms expire on September 30, 2006, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 2: Sonu Agarwal is appointed as a representative of the Software Industry, Julie Robey is appointed as the representative of the Th-Valley CVB, and Kristi Rocha is reappointed to the Economic Vitality Committee, which terms expire on September 30, 2006, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 3: Ann Radford is appointed as a regular member and Carol Sparks is appointed as an alternate member of the Human Services Commission, which terms expire on September 30, 2006, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 4: Margo Tarver is appointed as a regular member, David Bright is appointed as an alternate member, and Joan Leighty is reappointed as the Friends of the Library representative, of the Library Commission, which terms expire on September 30, 2006, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 5: Mike Sedlak is appointed as an alternate member of the Planning Commission, which term expires on September 30, 2006, or until such time as he is replaced.
