Chair Blank noted that beige seems to be the appropriate color as there is not a lot of <br />green in that property. <br />Commissioner Pearce noted that she would like to go darker, such as chocolate brown, <br />but that she was not sure that it would be better than green. <br />Commissioners Narum indicated that she was a bit leery about painting the tank. <br />Commissioner Olson indicated that he felt the same way. <br />Chair Blank noted that there did not seem to be sufficient support to paint the tank. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: Commissioner Fox. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Resolution No. PC- 2008 -16 approving PCUP -205 was entered and adopted as <br />motioned. <br />Chair Blank informed the applicant and the neighbors that they have 15 days to appeal <br />this decision to the City Council. <br />A recess was called at 8:45 p.m. <br />Chair Blank reconvened the meeting at 9:53 p.m. <br />b. PUD- 99- 01 -05M, Steven and Suzanne Spencer <br />Application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) development plan to reduce the rear yard setback from the required 20 feet <br />to 5 feet and the side yard setback from the required 10 feet to 5 feet for a pool in <br />the rear yard of the existing residence located at 8031 Oak Creek Drive. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD -R/LDR (Planned Unit Development Rural /Low Density <br />Residential) District. <br />Ms. Amos summarized the staff report and described the background, scope, and layout <br />of the proposed project. <br />Commissioner Olson inquired if there were any global requirements in this development <br />relating to the four options presented. Ms. Amos replied that Condition No. 3 of <br />Exhibit B includes Condition No. 8 of PUD- 99 -01, which shows the current standard <br />developments (struck text) and the proposed modifications for the options (highlighted <br />text).
