ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present. <br />City Council Chamber <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, April 9, 2008 <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br />The Planning Commission meeting of April 9, 2008, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chair Blank. <br />Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development, Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Natalie Amos, <br />Assistant Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording <br />Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. February 13, 2008 <br />Commissioner Narum requested that the first and second sentences of the first full <br />paragraph on page 36 be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Narum inquired <br />stated that if the application was being denied without prejudice so that the applicant may <br />have the opportunity to get a daycare license, and determine she wanted to know what the <br />remedy would be to cure the third finding.
