shall include implementing the maintenance plan, which is attached to the <br />Stormwater Treatment Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement. The <br />CC &Rs covering the future property subdivision shall include these statements, <br />and shall reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and recorded with the final map. <br />98. Unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer and /or the Director of Building <br />Inspection, the project developer shall enter into a recorded Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement (STMIMA) for <br />ongoing maintenance and reporting of all required stormwater measures. These <br />measures may include, but are not limited to: <br />{end} <br />a. The property owners' association for this development shall be <br />responsible for maintaining the bio swales adjoining the public streets and <br />any other stormwater treatment measures determined to be required by <br />the City Engineer. These maintenance responsibilities shall include <br />implementing the maintenance plan, which is attached to the Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement. This <br />document shall be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and recorded <br />with the final map. <br />b. All storm drain inlets shall be clearly marked and maintained with the <br />words "No Dumping Drains to Bay." <br />c. Ensure wastewater from vehicle and equipment washing operations is not <br />discharged to the storm drain system. <br />d. The CC &Rs covering the future property subdivision shall include the <br />statement, "No person shall dispose of, nor permit the disposal, directly or <br />indirectly, of vehicle fluids, hazardous materials or rinse water from <br />cleaning tools, equipment or parts into the private, on -site storm drains. <br />e. The CC &Rs covering the future property subdivision shall include the <br />statement, "All private on -site storm drains shall be cleaned by the <br />property owner at least twice a year with one cleaning immediately prior to <br />the rainy season." <br />f. The vegetated bio swales /areas shall be mowed and clippings removed <br />on a regular basis by the property owners association. <br />21 <br />
