f Truck Deliveries: <br />Home Depot and Longs delivery trucks using the rear service area shall use the <br />105 -foot diameter truck turn - around provided at southeast area of the site and <br />shall exit the site at Stanley Boulevard. There shall be no truck deliveries and /or <br />the loading /off - loading of trucks and delivery vehicles between the hours of 10:00 <br />p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />g. Lumber Off - Loading: <br />Lumber off - loading shall occur along the rear service area near the northwest <br />corner of the building. <br />h. Garden Center: <br />Garden Center deliveries shall be received in the service area as shown on the <br />plans along the southwest corner loading area at the garden center only. <br />Pallets and Cardboard: <br />Pallets shall be collected and stored in an enclosure designated for the temporary <br />storage of empty pallets located in the service area. Cardboard boxes shall be <br />baled and hauled offsite to a recycling facility. <br />If the operation of the Home Depot building supply center and garden center result in <br />conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the <br />Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Planning <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts. <br />(end} <br />
