CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-133 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />RE-ALLOCATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO SIGN AMENDED GROWTH <br />MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH GREENBRIAR <br />HOMES, CENTEX HOMES, DELCO BUILDERS, <br />PONDEROSA HOMES, HAHNER/DELCO, AND <br />HAPP/BERLOGAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 3, 2002, the City Council reviewed the 2002 Growth <br />Management Report and took public testimony concerning growth management <br />issues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council determined that the existing allocations and proposed <br />sub-allocations for 2003-2005 are consistent with the General Plan and the Growth <br />Management Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received requests fi.om Greenbriar Homes, Centex Homes, Delco <br />Builders, Ponderosa Homes, Hahner/Delco, and Happ/Berlogar to reallocate units <br />approved for 2002 and later years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the McCurdy (Costas/Delco) project would best <br /> be accommodated as a first-come, first-served project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Reaffu~ns the existing annual allocations for 200-3, 2004, and 2005 at 400 units, <br />350 units, and 350 units, respectively. <br /> <br />Section 2: Establishes the sub-allocations for 2003, 2004, and 2005 as follows: <br /> <br />2003 2004 2005 <br /> <br />Major Projects 250 <br />First-Come, First-Served Projects 100 <br />Low-Income Projects 50 <br /> <br />214 200 <br />86 100 <br />50 50 <br /> <br /> <br />
