CONSIDERATION. <br /> <br /> The consideration for this Agreement is set forth in the <br /> <br /> Recitals to this Agreement in Paragraphs D, E and H. As <br /> additional consideration Developer agrees to dedicate to the <br /> City a strip of land for pedestrian access as shown on <br /> Attachment 5. <br /> <br /> As further consideration the Developer agrees to <br /> relandscape the Arroyo Del Valle as shown on Attachment 6 (the <br /> Relandscaping Schedule) to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Director. It is projected that this will be done by March 15, <br /> 1987. <br /> <br />7. USES. <br /> <br /> The permitted uses of the Property, the density or <br /> <br />intensity of use, the maximum height and size of proposed <br />buildings and provisions for reservation or dedication of land <br />for public purposes shall be as provided in the PUD. <br /> <br />8. STANDARD OF REVIEW OF PERMITS. <br /> <br /> All permits ("permits") required by Developer to develop <br /> <br />the Property, including without limitation, (i) road <br />construction permits; (ii) grading permits; (iii) building <br />permits; (iv) sewer connection permits (subject to <br />availability); and (v) certificates of occupancy, shall be <br /> <br /> <br />
