CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 02-127 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PHILIP CIESIELSKI FOR DESIGN REVIEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE PADR-643 WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 9, 2002, the Planning Commission approved the application of Philip Ciesielski (Case PADR-643) for design review approval to construct a flagpole in the rear yard of the existing residence located at 4160 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-I-20,000 District; and WHEREAS, within the flme specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Juanita Bianchi submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on November 19, 2002, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Council determined that the proposed flag pole, as conditioned, is appropriate for the project site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Philip Ciesielski (Case PADR-643) for design review approval to construct a flag pole in the rear yard of the existing residence located at 4160 Stanley Boulevard, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to the appellant with a notice that she has ninety (90) days following the date of adoption of this resolution in which to seek judicial review of this action of the City Council.
