M. Lawrence Co. of Hayward. <br />COUNCILMAN ABROTT said he had received a quotation from the Calif. Product Co. of <br />San, Jose, $2,514.85 for material $943.50 for Labor. <br />Councilman Abrott moved to award the work to the Calif Product Co., seconded by <br />Councilman Trimingham and approved by all Councilmen present. <br />COUNCILMAN ABROTT said that some agreement should be approached for the Garatti <br />Winery to meet the cost of the Lime used at the Sewage Disposal Plant during the <br />winery season. <br />Mayor Oxsen said he would inyite.Bill Brenner to the next meeting to discuss the <br />matter. <br />THE CLERK was instructed to contact Mr. Goodridge to have him check Deed Specific- <br />ations for Kottinger Avenue. <br />AT'T'ORNEY GALE explained a new Resolution that was necessary for a very small <br />parcel of land not included at the Effluent area. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2172: Releasing Quit Claiming to the Catholic Church (Arch Bishop) <br />smail portion of real property, adjacent to the New Effluent Pond Area. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2172 was adopted on motion of Councilman Hansen, seconded by Councilman <br />Tripiingham approved by all Councilmen present. <br />ATTORNEY GALE was requested to look into the Water Dept.
