<br />To the Board of Trustees, Town of Pleasanton, Gentlemen: I most respectfully
<br />present the following report of fire chief of the Town of Pleasanton, of the town fire
<br />apparatus, hydrants, fires, alarms, etc.
<br />Number of double hydrants (Main street) -10; condition, good.
<br />Plumber 6f hydrants on other streets; condition good. 81
<br />Number of hose carts__2 condition, good.
<br />Number of feet of hose on each cart -No. 1, 450 22inch; 300 feet, 12 inch.
<br />Condition good.
<br />Number extra feet of hose- -400 feet 2* inch; 300 feet 1 inch; condition good.
<br />Number of Members Hose Cart No. 2, -48.
<br />remarks Recommend the purchase of 200 feet of 2* inch hose.
<br />Also recommend the passage of an ordinn nee imposing a fine on prperty owners
<br />who do not have their property clean on ad date designated by the board of trustees.

<br />The Board then took a recess, during which the finance committee examined the claims
<br />add the officer's monthly reports.
<br />When the Board again Called to Order, Trustee Pickard as chai_•ma.n of the finance

<br />amounting to $1,222.11, and moved that warrants be drawn on the treasurer in favor of the
<br />respective claimants for the amounts 'of their claims. The motion was seconded by Trustee
<br />Bairos and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Pickard, Bairns, Orloff and
<br />Brikce. Noes; None. Absent; Trustee Garatti.
<br />Trustee Pickard also reported as having examined and approved the officers' Monthly
<br />r orts and the were ordered laced on file.

<br />Town Payroll for month of June, 1924.
<br />Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton, that the town
<br />clerk be and that he is hereby authorized and instrcuted to draw warrants on the Town
