586 <br />in favor of E. L. Benedict for the sum of 637.50 in payment of ton hall bond and interest. <br />The adoption of this resolution was moved by Trustee Garatti, and Seconded by Trustee <br />Bairos and .carried by the following voe: <br />Ayes; Trustees Pickard, Garatti, Orloff Bairos and Bruce. <br />Noes; None. <br />Absent; None. <br />Dated June 2nd, 1924. C. Letham, Town Clerk. <br />Dance Permit Granted <br />An application was received from the Reveler's club to hold a dance in the I. D. E. S. <br />hall on St. Marys street on the night of Junes 14th. No objection being made the permit was <br />granted. <br />A permit was also granted the local council to hold its annual Holy Ghost celebration <br />on the night of June 22 and 22nd. <br />An application was rec -ived from Peter Koopman asking permission to remove three pepper <br />trees front the front of his property on Pleasanton avenge. The matter was referred to <br />Trustee (aratti. <br />Trustee Garatti that F. Fadie was desirous of removing cetain trees from the <br />front of his propertu on Neal street. The board expressed itself as being opposed to the <br />removal of the trees and referred the matter to the street and buiding committee. <br />The matter of printing toJn ordinances was referred to Trustee Pickard. <br />&learn Up Week <br />On motion of Trustee Bairos, seconded by Trustee Garatti and unanimously carried the <br />week of June 9th to 14th was designated as Clean up Week/ <br />There being no further business the Board adjourned until the next regular meeting, <br />July 7, 1924. <br />Approved: <br />Presid nt or the d of Town Trustees <br />Town Clerk <br />
