Resolution No. 02-126 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of the City of Pleasan!on to <br />add Chapter 17.50 to the Pleasanton Municipal Code requiring new civic and <br />commercial projects over 20,000 square feet in size to incorporate green building <br />measures from the U.S. Green Building Council's LEEDTM (Leadership in Energy <br />and Environmental Design) Rating System. <br /> <br />The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on <br />fish and wildlife resources. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 19, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
