CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-121 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br />DEBORAH ACOSTA MCKEEHAN AS CITY MANAGER OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Deborah Acosta McKeehan was appointed City Manager of the City of Pleasanton <br />on March 5, 1990 with compensation and benefits established in Resolution <br />90-034; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the benefits for the City Manager were most recently established by the adoption <br />of Resolution No. 02-113 approving the City's 2002-2003 <br />Management/Confidential Performance Compensation Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to amend the City Manager's <br /> compensation resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The annual salary for the City Manager is adjusted to $173,329 effective the first <br />pay period after September 1, 2002. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Manager shall receive a performance bonus of $2,500. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution No. <br />90-034 and 00-006 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />The 2002-2003 Operating Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
