CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1278 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GREY EAGLE FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-82-10 TO ALLOW RELOCATION OF THE BUILDING PAD FOR PARCEL 14 (AP-86-10) WHEREAS, Grey Eagle applied for approval of a major modification to an approved development plan to allow the relocation of the designed building pad for Parcel 14 within the 28-unit residential development located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 10, 1986, the Planning Commission denied the application of Grey Eagle for the major modification; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Grey Eagle submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, since the Planning Commission meeting of September 10, 1986, the applicant and the surrounding concerned property owners have met to resolve the outstanding issues concerning the pad relocation and a new plan was submitted for approval; WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 7, 1986; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the major modification; and WHEREAS, a duly notice public hearing was held on October 7, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this major modification is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the major modification to an approved development plan of PUD-82-10 to allow the relocation of the designated building pad for Parcel 14 within the 28-unit residential development located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
