CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1278 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GREY EAGLE FOR A MAJOR <br /> MODIFICATION TO PUD-82-10 TO ALLOW RELOCATION OF THE <br /> BUILDING PAD FOR PARCEL 14 (AP-86-10) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Grey Eagle applied for approval of a major modification <br /> to an approved development plan to allow the relocation <br /> of the designed building pad for Parcel 14 within the <br /> 28-unit residential development located on the south <br /> side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 10, 1986, the Planning <br /> Commission denied the application of Grey Eagle for the <br /> major modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, Grey Eagle submitted an appeal to the City Clerk <br /> of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since the Planning Commission meeting of September 10, <br /> 1986, the applicant and the surrounding concerned <br /> property owners have met to resolve the outstanding <br /> issues concerning the pad relocation and a new plan was <br /> submitted for approval; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on October 7, 1986; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the major modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly notice public hearing was held on October 7, <br /> 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this major modification is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the major modification to an approved <br /> development plan of PUD-82-10 to allow the relocation of <br /> the designated building pad for Parcel 14 within the <br /> 28-unit residential development located on the south <br /> side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road, subject to <br /> the conditions on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
