CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1275 AppROVING THE AppLICATION OF VALLEY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR REZONING FROM "P" (pUBLIC AND iNSTITUTIONAL) TO "PUD pLANNED UNIT DEVELOpMENT)-PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL" ~ISTRICT AND DEVELOPMENT pLAN AppROVAL FOR AN AppROXIMATELY 488,000 SQ. FT. MEDICAL CENTER TO BE LOCATED ON AppROXIMATELY 27.7 ACRES AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE iNTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND WEST LAS pOSITAS BOULEVARD (pUD-86-11) WHEREAS, Valley Memorial Hospital applied for development plan approval for construction of an approximately 488,000 square foot medical center complex consisting of offices, behavioral medicine, skilled nursing, residential, acute/ambulatorY care, and related facilities to be constructed in four phases, to be located on an approximately 27.7 acre sited, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las positas Boulevard; and Study, a negative and . ' he planning Commission's WHEREAS Council received t a royal of the development plan and ' recommendation for PP rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 7, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General plan policies of the City of pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approXimatelY 27.7 acre .... site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las positas Boulevard from ,,p,, (public and institutional) to the ,,PUD (planned Unit Development)-Public and Institutional" District- Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map 0336, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated October 7, 1986, and incorporated herein by reference.
