CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1872 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />ALLEN ROBERTS, ROBERT GROVE, AND THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON FOR A PUD REZONING AND MAJOR <br />MODIFICATION, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-10-10M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of Mareh 22, 1983, Council adopted Ordinance No. 1077 approving <br />development plans for a 28-1ot single-family residential use on approximately 48 <br />acres located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road <br />(PUD-82-10); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Allen Roberts, Robert Grove, and the City of Pleasanton have applied for a major <br />modification to the Grey Eagle Estates development plan (PUD-82-10) to rezone <br />the properties located at 24, 27, and 28 Grey Eagle Court and portions of the City <br />of Pleasanton's Bonde II water tank property to the PUD-RDR (Planned Unit <br />Development - Rural Density Residential) zoning designation, to allow the <br />reconfiguration of the lots located at 24, 27, and 28 Grey Eagle Court and the City <br />of Pleasanton's Bonde II surplus water tank property, in order to relocate the lot <br />and building envelope of 24 Grey Eagle Court, to develop general design criteria <br />for the new lot, and to expand the building envelope of 28 Grey Eagle Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this application by the City Council on <br /> October 15, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 15, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the boundary of the Rural Density land use designation <br />of the Grey Eagle development and the Specific Plan land use designation <br />immediately to the east follows the existing easterly property line boundary of 27 <br />Grey Eagle Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan <br />modifications are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
