CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1265 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 17 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BUSCH ROAD ADJACENT TO ITS EASTERN TERMINUS TO THE "P" (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT (R-86-6) WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately 17 acre site located on the north side of Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus (Annexation No. 117) to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on July 15, 1986; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 15, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 17 acre site located on the north side of Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus, which land is involved in Annexation No. 117, to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District. (RZ-86-6) Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #332, attached heret0 as Exhibit "A" dated July 15, 1986, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
