Implementation Regulations <br /> Growth Limitation Plan <br /> D. Commercial Project Sites <br /> Projects on the following sites are exempt from the roadway level of service <br /> standards and the traffic weighted point system. Net new square footage will be <br /> deducted from the development caps. All standard application procedures, <br /> including environmental review, apply to projects built on these sites <br /> 1) Royce Hotel Site, 2500 North Street <br /> 2) Co -op Site, 1510 Geary Road <br /> 3) Burton Village Shopping Center, Oak Grove Road <br /> 4) Shadelands Business Park <br /> E. Residential Projects <br /> 1. Golden Triangle Replacement Housing <br /> Residential projects within the Mixed Use District which were required as <br /> a condition of approval for office projects approved in the Golden Triangle <br /> Area: <br /> a. Tishman 45 units <br /> b. Promethus 18 units <br /> 2. Affordable Housing <br /> All dwellings in residential projects which include units affordable to very <br /> low, low or moderate income persons, as defined by the State Department <br /> of Housing and Community Development, based on the following <br /> percentages: <br /> a. 10% of the units are restricted to very low income persons, or <br /> b. 25% of the units are restricted to low income persons, or <br /> c. 51% of the units are restricted to moderate income persons, or <br /> d. 25% of the units are affordable to the following combinations of <br /> income levels: <br /> Moderate: Maximum 50% <br /> Low: Minimum 30% <br /> Very Low: Minimum 20% <br /> I3 <br />
