THE CITY OF 06 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT 06 <br /> pLE ASANTON. <br /> November 3, 2009 <br /> Community Development <br /> Planning Division <br /> TITLE: RENAMING OF REIMERS DRIVE AS BRADFORD WAY <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Ponderosa Homes has received approval from the City to construct a senior housing <br /> development known as The Village at Ironwood (PUD -74). Ponderosa has requested <br /> that Reimers Drive, which is the access street that leads to The Village, be renamed as <br /> Bradford Way. Adjacent properties would not be affected and Ponderosa would <br /> assume the costs involved in this change. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> For information only; no action is required by the City Council. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Ponderosa would bear all the costs to change the street name and associated signs. <br />
