CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-120 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ALLOCATION OF $10,000 IN <br />FEDERAL HOME FUNDS TO ALLIED HOUSING TO <br />PROVIDE TEMPORARY RENTAL SUBSIDIES FOR THE <br />COUNTYWIDE "LINKAGES" EMERGENCY HOUSING <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 5, 2002, the City Council received a report (SR <br />02:263) regarding allocation of $10,000 in federal HOME funds to provide <br />temporary rental subsidies for the countywide "Linkages" emergency housing <br />program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves an allocation of $10,000 in federal HOME funds to Allied Housing to <br />provide temporary rental subsidies for the countywide "Linkages" emergency <br />housing program. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 5, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peggy~?Ez~dr~, City ~l~rk <br /> <br />Michael H.
