CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1255 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BRAD CAROLINE AND JON <br /> WESTERLIND FOR REZONING FROM "RM-4000 (MULTI-FAMILY <br /> RESIDENTIAL)" DISTRICT TO THE "PUD (PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT)-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" DISTRICT AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A TWO-STORY, <br /> TWO-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY 10,100 <br /> SQ. FT. SITE WITH AN EXISTING RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 3939 <br /> VINEYARD AVENUE (PUD-85-16) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brad Caroline and Jon Westerline applied for rezoning <br /> from the RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) District to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density <br /> Residential District and development plan approval for <br /> construction of a two-story, two-unit apartment complex <br /> on an approximately 10,100 sq. ft. site with an existing <br /> residence located at 3939 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this project is exempt from CEQA and no environmental <br /> document is necessary in conjunction with this project <br /> proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 20, 1986; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 10,100 sq. <br /> ft. site located at 3939 Vineyard Avenue from the <br /> RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residental <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #329, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated May 20, 1986, and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
