Councilmember Thorne said the State has overstepped its bounds considerably and someone <br /> must be strong enough to stand up to them. He and Vice Mayor Cook Kallio both supported a <br /> closed session discussion. <br /> Mr. Fialho agreed to schedule the matter in closed session for the September 15, 2009 meeting. <br /> Councilmember McGovern questioned if there are time considerations at work. Mr. Roush said <br /> there are certain timelines in which the property owner is entitled to file suit on the Council's <br /> action.
