CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1254 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAM TO <br /> INCREASE THE EXEMPTION FROM FOUR DWELLING UNITS TO <br /> TWELVE DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Section 17.36.040(A)(2) of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "2. Projects and subdivisions of twelve dwelling units <br /> or less." <br /> <br /> Section 2: Section 17.36,040(A)(1) of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code is amended by changing the phrase "subsection B" to <br /> read "subsection 2"· <br /> <br /> Section 3: Section 17.36.040(A)(8) of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on May 20, 1986. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on June 3, 1986 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br /> <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> F <br /> · ~MAYOR <br /> / <br /> <br /> J~me~ R.
