Counseling services were provided to 14 new <br /> clients. The counselor provided 270 hours of counseling. The <br /> program provided over 100 hours of group sessions and had <br /> an average of 19 attending at each meeting. <br /> Spectrum 55,600 $5,600 CDBG funds supplied 9,580 meals over the fiscal year. 205 Creating Economic Affordability Public Service 205 <br /> Community seniors were registered and meals were served daily Monday- Opportunities <br /> Services Friday at noon. The Spectrum staff has stayed consistent over <br /> the years and is able to work closely with seniors to enhance <br /> their dining experience and refer them to other services in the <br /> Senior Center as needed. The senior lunch program is a <br /> success and very well run. <br /> Tri Valley Haven 535,000 $35,000 CDBG funds were used primarily to rehabilitate the roof at the Creating a Suitable Availability accessibility Infrastructure and Public 344 <br /> Shiloh DV (domestic violence) shelter facility. Surplus funds Living Environment Services, Homeless <br /> were utilized to implement several emergency sanitary Shelter <br /> improvements at the facility. <br /> TOTAL: $327,751 $167,501 22150 <br /> (includes FY 2008 CDBG, Program Income, and City Housing Funds; does not include $54, 932 for City Admin.) <br />
