CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1870 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1.10.030 AND 1.10.040 OF THE PLEASANTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING STATEMENTS OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS AND <br />DESIGNATED POSITIONS UNDER THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 1.10.030 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to delete subsection F <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 1.10.040 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"1.10.040 Designated Positions. <br /> <br />The following designated officials and employees shall be deemed to hold <br />positions requiting disclosure of financial interests pursuant to California <br />Government Code Section 87200 and shall file, as provided in Section 1.10.020 <br />of this Chapter, a Form 700: <br /> <br />Disclosure Categories Position <br />1 City Council <br />1 Planning Commission <br />1 City Manager <br />1 City Attorney <br />1 Finance Director <br /> <br />The following designated officials and employees shall be deemed to hold <br />positions requiring disclosure of financial interests and shall file, as provided in <br />Section 1.10.020 of this Chapter, a Form 700: <br /> <br /> Disclosure <br />Department Category Position <br />City Manager's 1 Assistant City <br />Office Manager <br /> <br />Deputy City Manager <br /> <br />Economic <br />Development Manager <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1870 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
