CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 02-115 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF ALLEN ROBERTS AND ROBERT GROVE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-10-1M WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 15, 2002, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Allen Roberts and Robert Grove for Planned Unit Development rezoning and a major modification to the Grey Eagle Estates development plan (PUD-82-10) to rezone the properties located at 24, 27, and 28 Grey Eagle Court and portions of the City of Pleasanton's Bonde II water tank property to the PUD-RDR (Planned Unit Development Rural Density Residential) zoning designation, to allow the reconfiguration of the lots located at 24, 27, and 28 Grey Eagle Court and the City of Pleasanton's Bonde II surplus water tank property in order to relocate the lot and building envelope of 24 Grey Eagle Court, to develop general design criteria for the new lot, and to expand the building envelope of 28 Grey Eagle Court; and WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 21, 2002, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
