CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-115 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF ALLEN ROBERTS AND <br />ROBERT GROVE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-10-1M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 15, 2002, the City Council received a proposed negative <br />declaration for the application of Allen Roberts and Robert Grove for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and a major modification to the Grey Eagle Estates <br />development plan (PUD-82-10) to rezone the properties located at 24, 27, and 28 <br />Grey Eagle Court and portions of the City of Pleasanton's Bonde II water tank <br />property to the PUD-RDR (Planned Unit Development Rural Density <br />Residential) zoning designation, to allow the reconfiguration of the lots located at <br />24, 27, and 28 Grey Eagle Court and the City of Pleasanton's Bonde II surplus <br />water tank property in order to relocate the lot and building envelope of 24 Grey <br />Eagle Court, to develop general design criteria for the new lot, and to expand the <br />building envelope of 28 Grey Eagle Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 21, 2002, and <br /> received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
