The following conditions were added to UP-95-20 by the City Council: <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />The applicant shall enfome a maximum suite occupancy limit of 200 individuals at any <br />given time. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />The primary entrance into the building shall be the entrance at the rear portion of the <br />tenant suite (the existing doorway facing Inglewood Drive), and the existing doorway <br />facing Hopyard Road shall serve as an emergency exit only. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the City Council on its second meeting in <br />January 2003 during which time the City Council may modify conditions of approval or <br />revoke the subject conditional use permit per Municipal Code Section 18.124. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />The applicant shall make all of the required tenant improvements identified in the letter <br />from the City to Mark Cohen, dated September 12, 2002, a copy of which is on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />[end] <br /> <br /> <br />
