B. The code is the Uniform Administrative Code, 1997 <br />Edition, prepared by the International Conference of <br />Building Officials, one (1) copy of which is on file with the <br />City Clerk for use by the public. <br /> <br />C. Where there is a reference in the Code to the "Building <br />Official" it shall mean the "Chief Building Official" or in <br />the absence of the Chief, the Interim, Temporary or Acting <br />Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />Section 20.04.020, Section 205(a) Adopted - Penalties For Violation. <br /> <br />Section 205(a) is added to the Uniform Administrative Code to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />Section 205(a) Penalties for violations will be as provided <br />in Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 20.04.030 Fees <br /> <br />The fees set forth in section 304.1 of the Uniform <br />Administrative Code are deleted. The Uniform <br />Administrative Code fees shall be as set forth in the Master <br />Fee Schedule." <br /> <br />Section 2. Chapter 20.08 of the Pleasanton Municipal code, as amended, is here by <br />further amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"20.08.010 Uniform Building Code adopted. <br /> <br />A. There is adopted by reference that certain code known <br />as the uniform building code, parts 1, 2 and 3, more <br />particularly described in this section, except such portions <br />as are amended, modified or deleted in this chapter and the <br />same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at <br />length in this chapter. <br /> <br />B. Said Code is the California Building Standards Code <br />2001 Edition (24 C.C.R.), and including by reference the <br />Uniform Building Code, 1997 Edition, , Parts 1, 2 and 3 <br />and all appendices thereto, published by the International <br />Conference of Building Officials, including the National <br />Fire Protection Association (NFPA), articles NFPA 13, <br />1999 Edition and NFPA 13-D, 1999 Edition; as modified <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
