Salaries <br /> 6.1 Salary Adjustments <br /> Effective the first pay period after November 1, 2002, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased four percent <br /> (4 %). <br /> Effective the fast full pay period after November 1, 2003, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased five percent <br /> (5 %). <br /> Effective the first full pay period after November 1, 2004, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased five percent <br /> (5 %). <br /> Effective the first full pay period after November 1, 2005, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased five percent <br /> (5 %). <br /> Effective the first full pay period after November 1, 2006, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased four percent <br /> (4 %). <br /> Effective the first full pay period after November 1, 2007, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased four percent <br /> (4 %). <br /> Effective the first full pay period after November 1, 2008, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased four percent <br /> (4 %). The City and Association shall conduct a salary survey 90 days prior to the <br /> aforementioned date based on the survey cities shown in Exhibit A of the <br /> Memorandum of Understanding. If the survey concludes that the classifications <br /> represented by the Association are below the mean, the City agrees to reopen the <br /> Memorandum of Understanding on wages only for the remaining two years of the <br /> contract. <br /> Effective the first full pay period after November 1, 2009, the salary ranges of all <br /> classifications represented by the Association shall be increased four percent <br /> (4 %). <br /> -7 - <br />
