Conditions of Approval <br /> PUD-85- 20 <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br /> plan, elevations and grading/utility plan, Exhibit A, on file <br /> with the Planning Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That the applicant shall submit and receive approval for the <br /> appropriate reconfiguration of the lots to accommodate the <br /> proposed development on a single lot prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> <br />3. That the carport structure be redesigned to cover only ten <br /> parking spaces thereby leaving space #11 uncovered. <br /> <br /> 4. That the uses and site development standards for this project <br /> shall be those of the RM-2000 District unless otherwise <br /> modified in the project approval. <br /> <br /> 5. That the grading for the site shall not result in a finished <br /> floor elevation greater than 337.6 feet and that the final <br /> grades for the areas along the property lines shall be equal <br /> to or lower than the existing grades of the adjacent <br /> properties or as otherwise approved by the City Engineer and <br /> Planning Director. <br /> <br />6. That the applicant work with staff in revising the window <br /> features to add definition and interest in keeping with the <br /> architectural style of the building and the Old Town image, <br /> said modifications to be approved by the Planning Director <br /> prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />7.
