11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />If the City decides to terminate this MOU for any reason, the City shall process an <br />application, including any required environmental review, to amend the General <br />Plan map and text, and re-zone the Core Property within the Urban Growth <br />Boundary to Low Density Residential (which permits one dwelling unit per two <br />gross acres); and to amend the General Plan map and text, and re-zone the Core <br />Property outside of the Urban Growth Boundary to Public Health and Safety / <br />Wildlands Overlay.
