CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-106 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPEAL <br />APPROVING VESTING TENTATIVE MAP <br />APPLICATION OF TTK PARTNERSHIP <br /> <br />THEREBY <br />7162, THE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 28, 2002, the Planning Commission approved Vesting <br />Tentative Map 7162, the application of TTK Partnership to subdivide the subject <br />properly into a golf course pamel, two open space parcels, and 12 new buildable <br />lots located on the south side of Happy Valley Road at the junction of Happy <br />Valley Road and Alisal Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - DRDR, GC, and A/OS <br />(Semi-Rural Density Residential, Golf Course, and Agriculture/Open Space) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, TTK Partnership <br /> submitted an appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that Vesting Tentative Map 7162 is consistent with the <br />findings presented in the Planning Commission staff report dated August 28, 2002, <br />and is in conformance with the Happy Valley Specific Plan and <br />previously-approved PUD for this property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Vesting Tentative Map 7162, the application of TTK Partnership to <br />subdivide the subject property into a golf course parcel, two open space parcels, <br />and 12 new buildable lots located on the south side of Happy Valley Road at the <br />junction of Happy Valley Road and Alisal Street, subject to Exhibit "B", <br />Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
