Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Jennifer Pearce, Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy <br />Narum, Greg O’Connor, Arne Olson, and Jerry Pentin <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2.APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.June 24, 2009 <br />Commissioner Blank referred to the phrase “and that it is a requirement” in the last <br />paragraph of page 6 and stated that he thought Mr. Bocian had indicated that the <br />condition stating the Hendrick property was outside of the City of Livermore’s <br />designated Airport Protection Area was cut and pasted from another document and that <br />it would be corrected because it was not accurate.
