CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPEAL THEREBY <br />APPROVING VESTING TENTATIVE MAP 7372, THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 28, 2002, the Planning Commission approved Vesting <br />Tentative Map 7372, the application of the City of Pleasanton to subdivide the <br />subject property into a golf course parcel, two open space/habitat parcels, and 34 <br />new buildable lots, plus three lots for the existing home owners located <br />approximately 500 feet southeasterly of the junction of Happy Valley Road and <br />Alisal Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - SRDR, GC, LDR, and <br />A/OS (Semi-Rural Density Residential, Golf Course, Low Density Residential <br />District, and Agriculture/Open Space) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Roger Manning <br /> submitted an appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that Vesting Tentative Map 7372 is consistent with the <br />findings presented in the Planning Commission staff report dated August 28, 2002, <br />and is in conformance with the Happy Valley Specific Plan and <br />previously-approved PUD zoning for this property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Grants the appeal thereby approving the Vesting Tentative Map 7372, the <br />application of the City of Pleasanton to subdivide the subject property into a golf <br />course parcel, two open space/habitat parcels, and 34 new buildable lots plus three <br />lots for the existing home owners located approximately 500 feet southeasterly of <br />the junction of Happy Valley Road and Alisal Street, subject to Exhibit "B", <br />Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
