CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1237 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF FALCON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> FOR REZONING FROM THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE <br /> "PUD" (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 158 UNIT RESIDENTIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 21.8 ACRES LOCATED AT THE <br /> EASTERN TERMINUS OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Falcon Development Company applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of a 158 unit residential <br /> development on an approximately 21.8 acre site located <br /> at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard <br /> and for rezoning of the property from the "A" <br /> (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on December 17, 1985; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 17, <br /> 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 21.8 acre <br /> site located at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) District. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #322, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated December 17, 1985, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan for a 158 unit <br /> residential development on approximately 21.8 acre site <br /> located at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
