CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1235 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF VAL STROUGH FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR FOUR AUTO DEALERSHIP BUILDINGS ON A 5.8 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON ROSEWOOD DRIVE SOUTH OF 1-580 AND NORTHWEST OF SANTA RITA ROAD WHEREAS, Val Strough applied for development plan approval for construction of four auto dealership buildings on a 5.8 acre site located on Rosewood Drive south of 1-580 and northwest of Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on December 3, 1985; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 17, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of four auto dealership buildings on a 5.8 acre site located on Rosewood Drive south of 1-580 and northwest of Santa Rita Road, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald" a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
