CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1228 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE IV (HEALTH, SAFETY, MORAL <br /> AND GENERAL WELFARE) OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE BY <br /> ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 10 (ALARM REGULATIONS) <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Title IV (Health, Safety, Moral and General Welfare) <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br /> adding a new Chapter 10 (Alarm Regulations) as set forth <br /> in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be recodified by appropriate <br /> editorial means into the revised Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code being prepared for publication on the date of <br /> adoption of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on October 15, 1985. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on November 5, 1985 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> H R~'MERCER, MAYOR <br />~~J~a~es R.
