The revised design of this house shall be <br />provided for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />123. <br /> <br />The developer shall explore altematives to the proposed grading plan which <br />would lower the proposed lots to an elevation closer in height to the proposed trail <br />by off-hauling soil from the site.
