CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1867 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />GHC INVESTMENTS, LLC FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />GHC Investments, LLC has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />development plan approval for 17 single-family detached units within the <br />"medium density" vineyard village area totaling seven acres and a vineyard estate <br />lot (one-acre building site) with associated vineyards (ten acres) and open space <br />(3.8 acres) located on the Heinz Property on Vineyard Avenue (Lot 28 in the <br />Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan Area); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density <br /> Residential, Vineyard Estates, and Open Space District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is covered by the Environmental Impact Report prepared and certified <br /> for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 20, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is consistent with the <br /> Pleasanton General Plan and the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-14, the application of GHC Investments, LLC for Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval for 17 single-family <br />detached units within the "medium density" vineyard village area totaling seven <br />acres and a vineyard estate lot (one-acre building site) with associated vineyards <br />(ten acres) and open space (3.8 acres) located on the Heinz Property on Vineyard <br />Avenue (Lot 28 in the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan Area). <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
