C. The Board of Design Review shall consider the <br /> architectural plan within thirty (30) days following the <br /> application's being deemed complete by the Zoning <br /> Administrator unless the applicant agrees to a later date. <br /> After consideration of the architectural plan, the Board of <br /> Design Review shall issue its determination setting forth its <br /> decision to approve disapprove or conditionally approve the <br /> architectural plan. The applicant or any aggrieved person <br /> may appeal any decision of the Board to the City Council in <br /> the manner provided in this code for appeals to the City <br /> Council from decision of the Board of Design Review. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-2.3405 - APPLICATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br /> <br /> Any person proposing to construct or locate any improvement <br />subject to design review shall file, prior to filing for the <br />first required permit, an application for design review with the <br />Zoning Administrator. Such application shall be in the form and <br />contain the materials required by the Zoning Administrator under <br />Article 19 and this Article. The application, when complete, <br />shall constitute the proposed "Architectural Plan" and shall <br />include in addition to those materials expressly required under <br />Article 19: <br /> <br /> A. Architectural drawings, including: <br /> (1) Plan to scale; <br /> <br /> (2) Four (4) elevations to include all sides of <br /> development; <br /> <br /> (3) Elevations to scale and renderings which include <br /> adjacent structures in the existing built <br /> context; <br /> <br /> - 7 - <br /> <br /> <br />
