Said Guidelines may be amended from time to time <br />following the same procedure. City Staff, Board of Design <br />Review, Planning Commission, and the City Council shall adhere to <br />the adopted Guidelines in reviewing all applications for permits, <br />licenses, certificates, or other approval or entitlement for'use <br />relating to improvements or demolition proposed within the <br />District, and no such applications shall be approved unless <br />consistent with the adopted Guidelines. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-2.3404 - IMPROVEMENTS SUBJECT TO DESIGN REVIEW <br /> <br /> A.
