The burden of proof shall <br /> be upon the Grantee to demonstrate why undergrounding of <br /> drop cables is technically or economically unfeasible. <br /> <br /> 7.10 Street Occupancy <br /> <br /> (a) Grantee shall utilize existing poles, <br /> <br />conduits and other facilities whenever possible, and shall <br />not construct or install any new, different, or additional <br />poles, conduits, or other facilities above, <br />under or on streets until the written <br />approval of the Grantor is obtained.
