Incorporation of a reference to the new state legislation that allows local jurisdictions <br /> to defer the collection of fees until building occupancy. <br /> WHEREAS, an amendment of the JEPA requires unanimous support of all seven <br /> member jurisdictions, and <br /> WHEREAS, each member agency's representative endorsed the JEPA amendment at <br /> the July 20, 2009 public hearing of the TVTC. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves the JEPA Addendum outlined in this resolution and included as <br /> Exhibit A; and <br /> SECTION 2. Authorizes the immediate implementation of the revised TVTC Fee <br /> SECTION 3.
