Therefore, no <br /> environmental documentation accompanies this report. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> This Code amendment would provide property owners a more streamlined process <br /> when constructing an over height fence. ADR applications will still be required to <br /> ensure that all fences are appropriately designed; however, such applications will be <br /> processed "over the counter" with the elimination of noticing to adjacent property <br /> owners.
